Eligibility

The FarmCon $6K Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning upon launch and must be received no later than 11:59 PM (local time) on January 18.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official FarmCon Sweepstakes entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a smart deployment package valued at up to $6,000, subject to the following terms:

  • Includes Connectivity of up to 100 Class A smart devices with standard connectivity.

  • Devices requiring non-standard connectivity or specialized configurations may count differently toward the 100-device limit or incur additional costs.

  • Participant-owned smart devices may be eligible if they support LoRaWAN communication standards.

  • Additional devices or services may be purchased separately through Rip’s Warehouse™.

Infrastructure Requirements

  • Winner must provide access to a suitable vertical asset (tower, structure, silo, building, etc.) for gateway installation.

  • Adequate power availability must be provided.

  • A virtual and/or on-site assessment will be conducted to confirm technical feasibility and finalize system design.

Agreement Terms

  • Winner must execute a minimum one (1) year service agreement.

  • Optionally, the winner may elect to enter into a three (3) year agreement to lock in current pricing for the full term.

Assignment Rights

If the winner is not a producer, they may assign the sweepstakes benefit to a qualified producer, subject to approval and technical validation.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected and announced on January 19.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if technical or operational conditions warrant. Void where prohibited.
